With over two decades of experience in the design field, I've had the privilege of working with diverse agencies and in-house creative teams, allowing me to explore various creative disciplines within both B2C and B2B industries. Over the last decade, my primary focus has been on UX and its influence on digital experiences, marketing strategies, and product development. My perspective on UX extends beyond digital processes; I see it as a versatile tool that enhances all customer touchpoints.
My career began with a solid foundation in ideation, design and analytics, spanning 14 years at Digitas, a global integrated marketing agency. I specialized in designing websites, crafting multichannel marketing campaigns, and overseeing creative shoots. I left to collaborate with several companies, where I assisted with UX and design teams in the financial, software, and consumer care sectors.
For eight years, I had the privilege of managing a dedicated UX team as well as a larger marketing creative support organization. We built digital products and spearheaded the design and integration of marketing initiatives for a dynamic and rapidly expanding semiconductor leader. I’m proud of the team I built at Analog Devices and our commitment to a customer-centric, results-driven culture.
In 2022, I elected to step away from my role at Analog Devices, allowing me to invest time in professional development and life’s off-line activities. This has given me time to volunteer on design projects for my community’s conservation commission and community housing initiatives. As well, in 2025 I started a small design shop called Barn & Anchor that helps support small businesses.
