Event Brand and Design Support

An advantage of leading a design group within a client-side organization is the ability to make a broader impact.

While my primary focus is managing site design systems and digital online experience, I enjoy building teams that can explore, evaluate and execute on all touch points where a customer interacts with a brand. That’s my approach to CX.

Our customer events manager asked if my team would concept a look and theme for “Analog World”. After some discovery we sketched ideas and Jim, a talented designer on my team, brought our “World on a chip” theme to life with 3D.

My goal was to elevate how our new brand identity could boldly translate to a physical event space. I developed the “iceberg” concept to uniquely define our space and exhibits

This was an approved designed for the 2020 “LiveWorx” conference and went as far as final vendor schematics and cost approvals, but sadly the event was cancelled for COVID.

Our European event managers were under a tight deadline to brand the largest booth in ADI history for the global Electronica show. This was a blank canvas.

They had already engaged with a video production team, but it fell short of expectations. My team took over the project and developed show messaging, booth branding, 6 video storyboards, as well as partnered with a 3D motion artist to bring it to life.

My goal was to capture the attention of show attendees through movement, powerful statements and industry visuals that were unique to Analog Devices. I wanted to make sure our visual messaging could be seen 100 feet away and easy to digest. All without sound.

I directed the storyboard video concept development, writing and production. Senior leadership was so happy with the results they asked the North America events team to redesign the upcoming CES booth (just a few weeks later) to feature large video screens. So they too could run these videos. We made 6 videos for the show. I feature a few below.
